Meet Manny and Ava, Owners of Egg Haven
Behind the counter at Egg Haven are Manny and Ava, the couple who opened the restaurant in December 2013. They had spent many years in the restaurant business before that, and the About Us page describes them as coming from a long line of restauranteurs. Starting out in December 2013
Egg Haven opened at 301 3rd Street SW in downtown Winter Haven. Early guests were quick to say what it meant to them.
